Zambia has launched a Public Service Change Management Framework, accelerating digital transformation for efficient, transparent governance and improved citizen service delivery.

Secretary to the Cabinet, Patrick Kangwa, officiated the launch, commending the e-Government Division (SMART Zambia Institute) for its efforts in revolutionizing access to government services through digital means. Kangwa said that citizens can now use digital platforms to pay for government services, a significant step towards efficient and corrupt-free service delivery. He also praised SMART Zambia’s National Coordinator, Percy Chinyama, for leading the digital transformation agenda.

The launch is part of the government’s efforts to adapt to the evolving landscape of technological innovations and citizen expectations.
