Overall, AI and GenAI are revolutionising telecommunications by optimising operations, enhancing customer experiences, and driving revenue growth through advanced data analysis and automation.

Despite its potential, implementing GenAI effectively requires high-quality data and skilled personnel, alongside addressing technical, legal, and governance challenges. Ensuring data quality, privacy, and robust governance are essential.
