TNM has been granted new operational licenses by the Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority (MACRA).
The resources will enable the mobile operator to continue providing services in the country for the next ten years. The licenses cover application services, network installation and network services.
“These licenses give us the opportunity to continue investing in infrastructure, develop new services and reach more communities with reliable and affordable connectivity,” said Michel Hebert, CEO of TNM.
The announced initiatives could enable TNM to improve the experience of its current customers. The company could also improve the coverage of its telecom network with the deployment of telecommunications towers and optical fibre in underserved areas.
