Cameroon plans to add 4,000km of cable to its 12,000km-long terrestrial optical fibre network to improve service delivery.
In addition to the new optic fibre deployment, Camtel is committed to expanding its network coverage, catalogue of products and services, and service quality.
“We understand the concerns, the expectations, the frustration and, sometimes, the anger of users. All of this is legitimate, and it is to Camtel’s credit that we are seeking solutions to address them,” said Cameroon Telecommunications (Camtel) general manager Judith Yah Sunday.
