The MoU will see Radius resell Telin’s international Ethernet Private Lease Circuit (IEPL) services to local enterprise clients. Both companies plan to launch annual joint marketing initiatives, offering customized solutions tailored to Philippine businesses.

Additionally, Radius will integrate its local infrastructure — including its Points of Presence (PoPs) — into Telin’s digital connectivity platform, TNeX. This integration aims to enable Philippine businesses to access Telin’s global network services through a unified online platform, simplifying their connectivity options.

Kharisma, Telin’s Chief Commercial Officer, highlighted that the partnership will accelerate the deployment of international data services and connectivity across Southeast Asia. It also aligns with Telin’s broader strategy to expand its global footprint and strengthen regional presence.

“By combining Telin’s extensive international reach with Radius’s strong local presence, we’re delivering seamless, scalable solutions that support regional and global growth for businesses,” said Kharisma.

Radius, a subsidiary of Manila-based power company Meralco, operates one of the Philippines’ largest end-to-end fibre optic networks, with a core capacity of over 1.2Tbps. Its enterprise service offerings include data connectivity, internet, managed services, cloud solutions, SD-WAN, and Security as a Service (SECaaS).

Exequiel ‘Quiel’ C. Delgado, President and CEO of Radius, emphasized the strategic importance of their key operational areas — including Mega Manila, Clark, Central Luzon, and Cebu — as hubs for multinational companies.

“This partnership enhances Radius’s international reach, providing our enterprise customers with better options and stronger connectivity solutions,” said Delgado.
