This strategic move consolidates ONATi’s interconnect billing, settlement, and routing optimisation activities into a single, unified platform.

Oculeus’s Captura NG offers real-time reporting and automation capabilities that enable ONATi to reduce operational costs and strengthen revenue assurance across its interconnect business. The platform’s advanced features facilitate more efficient management of complex billing and routing processes, which is particularly critical given ONATi’s extensive network coverage across 75 dispersed islands in French Polynesia.

The solution includes AI-driven functionalities that assist in ingesting partner pricing offers, greatly reducing manual errors and the risk of billing disputes. Its integrated email portal allows for direct publication of pricing and codes, as well as automated exchange of interconnect invoices, streamlining workflows and improving accuracy.

Routing optimisation features enable ONATi to maximise profit margins by intelligently balancing lowest-cost suppliers with quality guarantees for outbound international voice traffic.

“The implementation of Captura NG has been a critical project for ONATi and will directly support our commitments to delivering excellence in both national and international voice activities,” said Olivier Chungue, Head of International Development at ONATi.

As a subsidiary of the state-owned Office des Postes et Télécommunications de Polynésie Française (OPT), ONATi continues to leverage cutting-edge technology to deliver high-quality communication services across its geographically diverse territory.
