Led by the ministers of Economy, Finance, and Digital Economy, the gathering reviewed ongoing reforms and outlined new digital initiatives aimed at enhancing administrative efficiency and transparency.

Among the key outcomes was the launch of the Integrated Public Finance Management System (SIGFIP), designed to streamline government financial operations and improve fiscal oversight. The meeting also saw the introduction of the MADIGIPAIE project, which will facilitate electronic payments for public services, making transactions more accessible and secure for citizens. Additionally, the establishment of the Unique Participation File (FUP) will centralize data on government participation in various projects, ensuring better coordination and oversight.

The ministers discussed plans to extend the Gabon Digital loan program to support a broad range of digital projects nationwide, fostering innovation and economic development. Other initiatives include regulating the Gabonese counterparty under the e-Gabon project, implementing electronic invoicing systems, and creating a national platform for the payment and collection of public revenue. These measures are aimed at reducing administrative bottlenecks, increasing transparency, and modernizing public service delivery.

Reaffirming their commitment, the ministers emphasized that these structural reforms are vital for improving administrative performance and supporting Gabon’s economic growth. They also committed to organizing regular follow-up meetings to monitor progress and ensure the successful implementation of these digital transformation projects, signaling a strong push toward a more efficient and digitally-enabled public administration.
