Through Truecaller’s innovative customer experience solutions, Fawry now enables its users to instantly identify incoming calls, significantly reducing uncertainty and boosting engagement. The caller ID displayed features Fawry’s verified name, logo, and badge in both English and Arabic, providing immediate recognition and establishing credibility among regional and international audiences.

In addition to caller identification, Fawry is utilising Truecaller’s Call Reason feature, which is now fully personalised in Arabic. This allows users to see real-time context about the nature of the call before answering — whether it’s a payment reminder, loan update, or a special offer — eliminating ambiguity and fostering trust in communications.

Fawry also leverages the Business Profile capability offered by Truecaller, which enables the sharing of verified business information. This includes brand elements, social media links, detailed business descriptions, and curated imagery, all designed to strengthen customer confidence and promote active engagement.

“Partnering with Truecaller allows us to provide a seamless, transparent, and secure communication channel that ensures our customers always recognize and trust our calls. By leveraging Truecaller’s advanced customer experience solutions, we are reinforcing our commitment to customer-centric approaches that enhance engagement and eliminate uncertainty,” said Ashraf Yacout, Managing Director of Fawry Consumer Finance.

This collaboration underscores Fawry’s dedication to enhancing customer experience through innovative technology, ensuring more trustworthy interactions in Egypt’s rapidly evolving digital financial landscape.
